After drama school, Zoe Lucker worked in Hull Truck Theatre Company where she plays in Dracula and The New Office Party receiving a weekly salary of £250. She later moved to London and did some TV ads, and a small role in Holby City.
Zoe Lucker is perhaps best known in her role as the hot and sexy but cunningly dangerous Tanya Turner in Footballer's Wives in 2002. According to one of her interviews, she loved her role in this movie as the character closely resembles her survivor character. However, she also goes on to explain that she never used nor she will ever use people like her character in the movie, Tanya.
