Born on the 20th May 1972 in Mill Hill, North London, England, UK from both Irish parents, Tina Hobley is an English actress best known for her current role as Chrissie Williams a feisty ward sister in BBC’s medical drama, Holby City. Growing up with a brother to be a very shy kid, she was said to be enrolled by her mother to a speech and drama classes since the age of five and was cited to have stayed for fifteen years training under a very strict trainer.

Honed to be in the field of arts and films, hot and sexy Tina Hobley continued to study at the Webber Douglas Academy of Drama Arts from 1990 and 1993. Her television debut started in 1995 up to present and has starred in several soap opera as a regular in UK television. She was not known to have appeared in films or have offered an acting job in Hollywood but has been in FHM’s (a men’s magazine) 100 sexiest women in 1997 placing 21st, and in 1998 securing the 59th spot.

Tina Hobley’s long and very sexy legs are one of her best assets and have done print shoots for stilettos and stockings for this. Though a star on her own, she was said to adore Hollywood hot actor Colin Farrel and has a penchant for anything Italian – like food and a favorite dinner guest (if that can be arranged) in the person of Robert de Niro.

Being a wannabe actor herself from way back, Tina Hobley donated her talent fee for appearing at the celebrity poker game show called Queen of diamonds to the Laura Sadler Memorial Fund, which helps young aspiring thespians. She was said to have suffered a month-long suspension from BBC on November 2006 for appearing in the said show because under her contract she was not allowed to appear or take part in anything commercial such as the game show mentioned.

Being married once in 1998 and divorced to a graphic designer named Steve Wallington, Tina Hobley has a daughter by him named Isabella who was born in 2000. At present, she was said to have married PR-Director Oliver Wheeler last December 2006 and had announced their expectancy on the 23rd of October 2007.
