Sofia Milos, having an Italian father and a Greek mother grew up in a bilingual home. Because of this, she speaks fluent Italian and Greek. She also understands and speaks French, German, Spanish and English. She went to a Greek, Italian and Swiss school while her nanny taught her French. She was born Catholic and grew up in an Italian lifestyle. She has a major in Business and Economics. They are still living in their house in Kalamata Greece and in Rome Italy.
Sofia Milos appeared in a lot of television series like Out of Control (1992), Café Americain (1993), Friends (1994), Platypus Man (1995), Vanishing Son (1995), Weird Science (1995), Too Something, Strange Luck (1995), Shadow-Ops (1995), Mad About You (1996) and Caroline in the City (1997) before she appeared in the 1998 film Jane Austens Mafia!
