Sasha Alexander began her love for acting at a young age. She found herself playing the lead female role in her school’s production of Baby when she was but in the seventh grade. Although her male co-star backed-out of the production the very night they were about to show, she used her comedic prowess to go on with the show. She continued her acting in high school and college plays. Her love for acting and theater has brought her to New York where she performed in Shakespeare Festival productions. Her portrayal of Katherine in Shakespeare’s comedy The Taming of the Shrew earned her the honor of studying in London with no less than Cicely Berry (voice director of the Royal Shakespeare Company).
Sasha Alexander went to the University of Southern California where she studied film and honed her expertise behind the camera.
In 1999, Sasha appeared in the ABC TV drama Wasteland where she played Jesse Presser, a publicist who is obsessed with the downtown-dating scene. This hot Hollywood actress also starred in Dawson’s Creek playing the character of Gretchen Witter who is the sister of Pacey played by Joshua Jackson.
In 2001, she appeared in the TV series CSI. Adding to her television series appearances are her performances in Friends and Greg the Bunny in 2002. In the same year, she was also asked to play the role of a doctor by the name of Jackie Collette in the series Presidio Med.
Sasha Alexander has made a name on the film industry as well starring in films like Lucky 13 in 2005 and Mission: Impossible III in 2006.
Besides her acting career in Hollywood, the sexy Sasha Alexander has also ventured on taking hot photo spreads for men’s magazines. She has first been on FHM Magazine on its January 2001 volume. On October the following year, her hot photos were published on Maxim.
Sasha Alexander has three upcoming films, The Last Lullaby (2007), Play Dead (2008) and Yes Man (2009).
