Ornella Muti is the second famous hot Italian actress known to have entered Hollywood aside from the very gorgeous Sophia Loren. Born on the 9th of March in 1955 in Rome, Italy, she was named Francesca Romana Rivelli by her Neopolitan father and Estonian mother. Though some sources say she has a twin sister named Claudia, others cited that the latter was actually an older sister born in 1951.

Married twice, divorced and separated from the first (Alessio Orano) and the second (Federico Facchenetti) husbands respectively, Ornella Muti has been with an Italian plastic surgeon by the name of Stefano Piccolo since 1998. She has three children, the eldest daughter Naike Rivelli (also an actress), a son named Andrea and another daughter by the name of Carolina, both from her second husband Federico.

Noted to have started her career at the tender age of 15 as a model, Francesca Romana Rivelli, stands at approximately 5’5” in height (163cm.) and starred from several low-budget hot Italian erotica films before landing a role of a Princess in a glossy Hollywood movie the Flash Gordon in 1980. After her American film debut, several offers came for her to do sexier TV movies from both Italian and US movie industries.

Described as a prolific actor with a very sophisticated sensuality and an innocent child like beauty, she was offered sexy roles for most of her films. She has done several print and TV ads too, one of which became very famous in France because she appeared in Giovanni Panzani Pizza.
