Just like what the old Hollywood cliché says, anyone can be discovered at a right place and time; and Nikki Scheiler Ziering was. She was a dental hygienist when she was scouted as a model by an agent who was on a dental visit. From then on, she became a hot catalog figure as she appeared in Carabella, Fredrick’s of Hollywood, and Venus Swimwear.
Career was a priority for Nikki Scheiler Ziering and she did well with her modeling career. Soon after, she also became a spokeswoman for 24 Hour Fitness, Korbel and Coors. However, her biggest break was yet to come with Playboy.
From a sexy model to a hot item for the popular men’s magazine, Nikki Scheiler Ziering also started appearing in television shows. She appeared in Mike Hammer, Private Eye (Syndicated, 1997-98), Silk Stalkings (CBS, USA Network, 1991-99), V.I.P. (Syndicated, 1998-2002) and Beverly Hills, 90210 (Fox, 1990-2000). Her most stable television stint was in the popular game show, The Price in Right.
Aside from being a television personality, Nikki capitalized on her talent as a comedian and in no time, was making films out of it. Nikki Scheiler Ziering’s first Hollywood movie was Austin Powers: Goldmember in 2002 where she appeared as a henchwoman. This was followed up by a role as Officer Krystal in another film, American Wedding, a year after. Subsequent to the Hollywood break, she appeared again in Playboy and in a series of television shows such as Lingerie Bowl and I’m a Celebrity - Get Me Out of Here.
Shortly after, Nikki Scheiler Ziering again starred in films, beginning with the dark comedy film, National Lampoon’s Gold Diggers in 2004 and Standing Still in 2006. Nikki was married to Ian Ziering for four years but Ian eventually filed for a divorce last 2002 due to irreconcilable differences.
