Leslie Bibb’s good looks and tall frame made her hot commodity as a model, which she was doing during her teen years. She won the 1990 Elite Agency model search which she signed a contract with and thus became an opportunity for her to grace many ad campaigns and the pages of several magazines such as FHM, Maxim, Seventeen, and YM. Leslie Bibb also modeled for several months throughout Europe as well as Japan.
Leslie Bibb has a talent not just for modeling but for acting as well, which earned her her first role in Private Parts, a 1997 movie of Howard Stern. She also had small television roles for Just Shoot Me, Fired Up, and The Big Easy. Her other television appearances included Something So Right, CBS’s Early Edition, ER, Nip/Tuck, Pacific Blue, Home Improvement, and Sons of Thunder. Leslie Bibb’s most memorable appearance was that for Popular, a Warner Brothers teen drama television series. She played the part of Brooke McQueen, a high school cheerleader who would succumb to peer pressure and image problems. The show was a hit among the teenage audience.
Popular led the way for more acting gigs for Leslie Bibb as well as earned her the nomination for Teen Choice Awards in the category of TV Choice Actress. Some of her acting stints include Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby in 2006 as the wife of Will Farrell, See Spot Run in 2001, The Skulls in 2000, The Space between Us and The Young Unknowns both in 1999. She won the Young Hollywood Award in 2001 for the category of Exciting New Face for females.
Leslie Bibb currently lives in Los Angeles and continues studying acting lessons under Leigh Kilton-Smith. She was married briefly to Rob Born in 2003 to 2004, an investment banker. Leslie Bibb enjoys the outdoors, biking and hiking, collecting antiques, and also does volunteer work on Sundays, helping out juvenile delinquents. Although she is mostly photographed as a blonde as it was required for her role in Popular, she is a natural brunette and has been quoted as saying she hated being blonde.
