Brook’s first media break came when the UK national tabloid “The Star” took an interest with her good looks and published her images. Until today, The Star still publishes her photos regularly. She is 5 feet and 9 inches tall, and her figure easily earned her regular appearances in FHM and Loaded Magazines. She topped "FHM's 100 Sexiest Women in the World" in 2005. Brook has done a lot of commercial swimwear and lingerie modeling, and has since been on billboards and newspapers worldwide.
At age 18, Brook got a stint as a television presenter on MTV, Granada, and Trouble TV. She also took part in The Big Breakfast, alongside Johnny Vaughan. As an actress, Brook landed on small roles including Sorted and Ripper, an as the girlfrend of Lex Luthor in the first season of Smallville. She was also seen in the movie The Italian Job (2003). Her first starring role was in the 2004 film “School for Seduction”, which was followed by Philippe Vidal's “House of 9” in 2005. Her most recent film was in Survival Island, opposite her soon to be fiancé, Billy Zane.
In 2005, Brook shot a 10-page black & white portfolio with renowned photographer David Bailey for the October 2005 issue of the British design magazine, Arena. In 2006, she released her own range of lingerie and swim wear at all “New Look” stores nationwide. Brook did theater work, as she took on the role of lap dancer Anya in Eye Contact at the Riverside Theater in Hammersmith. She will also be participating in the 2007 Celebrity Dancing Competition Strictly Come Dancing opposite ballroom dancer Brendan Cole.
In February 2007, Kelly Brook signed a £1m-contract to represent Unilever’s “Lynx Body Spray” (also known as Axe). Since then, her face and body has been seen in newspapers, billboards and various websites online as part of Unilever’s advertising campaign. Brook is also scheduled to launch her own signature perfume with a bottle shaped to her famous curves.
