Jane Leeves Biography
Jane Leeves studied ballet when she was a teen. However, after experiencing a tragic knee accident, she stopped and almost gave up the dream of becoming good in ballet dancing. When she has recovered, she appeared in several music videos like California Girls. From being a video girl, she shifted into acting by taking small roles such as the angel in Python and the Meaning of Life.
In the year 1984, someone told her that she can get a better career in the US. So, what sexy Jane Leeves did is that she sold almost all of her belongings, packed her things, bought a ticket and headed to Los Angeles to pursue her Hollywood dreams.
Staying in LA has been difficult for her during the first part of her journey. There have been a lot of struggles and hardships until she shared a flat with Faith Ford. When Faith Ford started to land some good roles, Jane did too. She played the memorable character of Marla Penney who was seen in several important episodes of Seinfield. She was also seen in The Contest playing as the hot seducer of JFK, Jr.
The producers of Frasier only have her in mind when they needed an actress to portray the role of Daphne Moon. Therefore, she was immediately called and after reading the script, she signed the contract. She starred in this show for 11 years. Her name has become famous all throughout Hollywood and America.
In 1996, Jane married Marshall Coben at St. Michael's Church, Withyham, Sussex. They had two kids. Their daughter was named Isabella Kathryn Coben and their son was named Finn William Leeves.
