Helen Baxendale is a common face in English films. At the same time, she was also a hot and well-known TV personality and stage performer. Originally, she was dreaming of becoming a ballet dancer. She enrolled herself at the Elmhurst School for Dance. When she reached the age of 17, she gave ballet to give way for acting. She enlisted herself and trained at the world famous Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. After sometime, she started to work at the Glasgow Citizens Theatre from 1992 to 1994.

While she was with Glasglow Citizen’s Theatre, she was cast in several TV series and shows such as the British Hospital (in the episode Cardiac Arrest) and others. She starred as Rachel Bradley in the popular TV series Cold Feet. She played as Cordelia Grey in An Unsuitable Job for a Woman. Her recurring appearances in the American hot series Friends as the sexy Emily Waltham, girlfriend of Ross Geller who later became his wife and ex wife after sometime, win the hearts of viewers. This role introduced her to the Hollywood audience. Her popularity spread not just in Hollywood but throughout all the US as well.

Helen Baxendale has played several other notable roles. She played as Lorna Johnson in Truth or Dare, as Caroline Meagher in The Investigator, as Julie Matthews in Dead by Monday, as Pandora Braithwaite in Adrian Mole’s the Cappuccino Years and as Maggie in the multi award-winning Bolse Vita. She has also starred in the 2007 movie Swimming With Sharks alongside Christian Slater.

Sexy Helen Baxendale has recorded numerous voice-overs for commercials. She also had accomplishments in films and was nominated for the 1993 Ian Charleson Award for her performance in the play The Soldiers. In 1995, she was nominated for a BAFTA for her role as Dr. Claire Maitland in Cardiac Arrest. Another nomination came in 1997 for the British Comedy Award for her role as Rachel Bradley in Cold Feet.

Helen Baxendale was born on February 14, 1969 in Lichfield, Staffordshire, England, UK. She married the famed producer David Elliott in 1998 whom she met when she was still with the Citizens Theatre. They had 3 children whom they named Nell, Eric and Vincent.
