Afterwards, Gena Lee Nolin moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to try her luck outside their peaceful community. In Las Vega, she worked in one of the lesser restaurants as a waitress. Then when an opportunity came, in the form of the beauty pageant for Miss Las Vegas, she joined and then won the title.
These opened great opportunities for Gena, including offers from modeling agencies. As part of the move to push her career forward, she transferred to Los Angeles and went on to study acting. At the same time, she also enrolled herself at the Santa Monica College to study interior design. While in Los Angeles, she again became a waitress to augment her income.
In 1991, Gena Lee Nolin married David Alan Feiler, he would be stalker. Their marriage lasted for no more than a day and a month afterwhich, Feiler went on stalking her. She became so afraid for her life that she had no choice but to seek a restraining order against him. In 1993, she met Greg Fahlman at a convention; and married him in November of that month. That same year, she got herself breast implants.
In 1994, Gena Lee Nolin auditioned in the show The Price is Right, as one of Barker’s Beauties. She was accepted for the part beating 1,200 women who auditioned. This paved the way for her to join the long running soap opera, The Young and the Restless. In the soap opera, she landed the part of Sandy, a model.
In 1995, Gena Lee Nolin was seen in the hit series Baywatch opposite David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson. In Baywatch, she played the character of Neely Capshow. Her character was slated to appear only in one episode but with good reviews, the producers decided to extend the character for the following seasons.
Then in 1997, Gena Lee Nolin gave birth to her first child, Spencer. Later that year, she surprised everyone when she appeared very sexy in Maxim. The following year, she quit the series Baywatch. In 2000 Gena appeared on her own series, Sheena, until it was cancelled in 2002.
In 2004, Gena Lee Nolin divorced her husband Fahlman and stared dating Cale Hulse, the NHL hockey player. She married him that same year in September in Arizona. In 2006, they had a son named, Hudson Lee Hulse.
