Eva Santolaria was born Eva Santolaria Millan on the 3rd of May 1975 in Barcelona, Cataluna, Spain. She is one of Spain’s most famous actresses. She was first seen in the television series Nissaga de poder; for which she left law school just so she can appear in the series.

Soon, Eva Santolaria was catapulted to stardom in the television series by Antena 3, the Companeros. In the Companeros, Eva landed the starring role and her performance was praised all over the country. In Companeros, she played the character of Valle Bermejo, which was actually ten years younger than her. In this television show, she met and fell in love with her current boyfriend, Antonio Hortelano. Eva Santolaria played the role of Valle Bermejo Fuentes in the 87 episodes of Companeros, such as A ver, La Chica sin ojos, El ultimo Viaje, Salvate Tu and others. She appeared in the show from the years 1998 to 2001.

Eva Santolaria appeared in "7 Vidas", which made her one of the most popular stars in Spain. This series by Tele 5 was an instant hit and her role as Vero was one of the well loved character in Spanish television series. In 7 Vidas, she was in all the 75 episodes, such as ¡Qué bello es vivir en casa de Sole!, La puta de mi mejor amigo, Academia de baile, El muñeco diabólico and El odio. She was with the show from 2001 to 2006 and loved every minute of it.

Eva Santolaria was in several television and movies and was often seen on screen with actors, Sancho Garcia, Julian Gonzales, Anthony Hortlano, Fernando Guillen Cuervo and Manuel Feijoo.

In 2006, Eva Santolaria was in the November episode of La Mandragora. In 2005, she was seen in Rudio as Carla and in A Mario. The previous year, she was in Maigret: L’ombra cinese as Maguy. In 2003, she played the role of Lorena in Dias de Futbol or Football Days in the UK release or Soccer Days in International release.
She was also seen in No te fallaré, Nosotras, Fuego, L’Acident, La Última parada (Lo peor de todo), Bomba de relojería, El Pianista, "Menudo es mi padre", "Nissaga de poder", Susanna and "Estació d'enllaç".
