Deborah Caprioglio is an Italian B-movie actress born on May 3, 1968 in Mestre, Italy. she never thought of entering the world of entertainment as a child, but her fate changed whenwhen her 62-year old boyfriend, Klaus Kinksi, cast her in the starring role of his film, Paganini, and that has then launched her career as an actress. She was only 20 years old then. Although she carried the looks and a sexy figure, Deborah Caprioglio first gained notoriety rather than fame, basically because of the movie which turned out to be a sex flick. It as well caused an immediate scandal for it was close to pornography, which was a real taboo at that time. Deborah Caprioglio did not easily give up on her newfound career however, and she then appeared this time on a soft-core movie, Paprika.

In the film Paprika, Deborah Caprioglio was once again noticed by the public this time as a beautiful and promising actress. Because of her performance as well as alluring looks that had a resemblance to one of Italy’s most renowned actresses, she was crowned as the new Sophia Loren.
