Dani Behr is a British actress, singer and television presenter born on July 9, 1971 in London, England. She is of South African Jewish descent, and has already found her passion for performing at the tender age of three, when she first learned how to dance. She graduated at the Sylvia Young Theatre School, and soon after she was discovered by Tom Watkins, manager of the Pet Shop Boys at the age of 14. She then joined the group Faith, Hope, and Charity. The girl group was not successful however, and Dani Behr moved on and made her way to television.

When she was 16, Dani Behr became the host of the late night show The Word. The success of the show transformed the young and alluring teenager into an overnight star, and she stayed in The Word for five years. Her experience in The Word opened more opportunities for Dani Behr, as she was able to host other shows in the United Kingdom as well as in the United States. She also ventured into radio on Kiss FM, and afterwards went on to act on theater. She appeared in plays such as Moby Dick and The Vagina Monologues first at the Old Vic and then at the Madison Square Garden. Dani Behr as well appeared on TV sitcoms and movies such as Rancid Aluminum with Joseph Fiennes and Goodbye Charlie Bright co-starring Paul Nicholls.

Apart from an incredible prowess for the acting and hosting, Dani Behr is also one of the most recognizable voices in the United Kingdom, thus a successful career in voice-overs. She has already provided her voice for TV and Radio, as well as commercials, trailers, animation and video games. In 2002, Dani Behr was named Best Television Presenter by Maxim magazine.

In 2003, Dani Behr moved Los Angeles, California and became a regular host for shows such as Extra, Boy Meets Boy and Littlest Groom.

After being involved with famous personalities such as Les Ferdinand, Ryan Giggs and J from the boy band 5ive, Dani Behr married restaurateur/surfer Carl Harwin in 2005 in Malibu, California. The couple, who already has two children, now resides in Sydney, Australia.
