This comedic yet strong willed interview led her to a hosting job with co-actor Iain Lee on the same show from late 1999 to 2000. In the middle of 1999, the executives of BBC 4 were rumored to be considering her as the new host of The Big Breakfast, but no further details followed.

Being on of Britain’s best comediennes and presenters, Daisy Donovan moved on to be the host of Does Doug Know? and Daisy Daisy, which she wrote and produced.
