While Clare Kramer was in New York studying, she appered in many stage plays like The Miracle Worker where she played Helen Kramer, she played the lead role in Light up the Sky at Lee Strasberg Theater Institute, Beyond Therapy at the John Houseman Theater, and Beginnings at Circle in the Square. Clare also appeared in small acts in films like In and Out in 1997, and Viq in 1998.
Clare Kramer was first known in her role as Courtney in Bring it On, a cheer leading comedy film, together with Kirsten Dunst and Eliza Dushku. After Bring it On, Clare was cast in the popular TV show Buffy the Vampire Slater where she played the role of an evil adversary, Glorificus, of Buffy. Clare has also worked in some notable independent films like Ropewalk in 2000, and The Mallory Effect in 2002. She also played a small part in Roger Avary's Role of Attraction (2002), the villainous Lucy in the Sky in D.E.B.S. in 2003. Her first leading role was in The Skulls III (2003), followed by the independent film Mummy an' the Armadillo (2004) and Guy in Row Five (2005), she also had a rather a peculiar role in L.A. Dj in 2004.
Clare Kramer also had some TV appearances on Sabrina the Teenage Witch (1996), The Random Years (2002), and the Tru Calling (2003). Her most recent work on both movie and stage is in the horror flick The Gravedancers (2006).
This fabulous star is involved in various charities like in Central Ohio's Recreation Unlimited, and Clare was also involved in YMCA camp for children with physical disabilities of 1993 where she was a summer camp counselor. Clare Kramer also spent some summer months to teach adults with development disabilities at the Young Adult Institute in New York. In 2002, she participated in a bicycle race to raise money for Children International; she's also the spokesperson of Kids 4 Kids, an organization that gives financial aid and toys for kids with cancer.
