Born in Los Angeles, California on October 1, 1965, a self-starter Cindy Margolis managed to lead her way on top of the most loved face in the modeling industry. What began as a class project for her business course at Cal State Northridge has became her path to attain this massive success. She took her project idea of greeting cards further and began launching her own greeting cards line. With herself as the cover model, she set the company up by herself and managed the designing, printing, marketing and distributing of her products.

With her captivating blonde beauty up-front, and her shrewdness, cleverness and ingenuity at bay, the company became a huge success. Agents run after her and lured her to go in the open. Because of her innate cunningness, Cindy Margolis became one of the largest selling poster models in the world.

Among her ads appearances were for Reebok, Vidal Sassoon, Coors, Hanes and Sunkist. She also began appearing on television shows such as The Price is Right; which was her first game show on 1984 as a “Barker Beauty”, Married with Children on 1987, Murphy Brown, Baywatch, and Baywatch Nights on 1988, 1989, and 1995 respectively, She also appeared in the big screen on 1996 in a movie entitled In the Dark and Head Over Heels on 1997

Cindy Margolis also started to take the lead into the cyber world. Her popularity on the Internet started when she appeared on Extra in 1995, when the show offered viewers the opportunity to go online and view some of her most popular posters; her cyber fans caused an unprecedented Internet download Explosion of her photos. Since then, she has been named as Yahoo Internet Life magazine's Queen of the Internet from 1996-1999. Her pictures have been downloaded worldwide for more than 58 million times and have been inducted into The Guinness Book of World Records 2000 Millennium Issue, for having been downloaded 70,000 times in a period of 24 hours.

Cindy Margolis was the first and only Supermodel that appeared in three major swimsuit issues in the same year. She led each fashion show by storm earning tons of praises, honor and admiration; but in spite of her prominence, she also managed to become a dutiful wife and a mother of three. Her husband Guy Starkman adored the unreachable icon that she was on the limelight and loved the caring lady that she is as a wife.
