This section contains Chandra West Biography

Chandra West is a Canadian actress born on December 21, 1970 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. She first appeared in the television series True Confections, which featured a woman possessing awareness that went beyond her generation set in a 1950s conservative timeframe. Success in the entertainment world went slow for Chandra West, and it was not until after two years when she made another appearance on television, in the series The Secret of Lake Success.

This sexy actress then moved to Hollywood and appeared on three consecutive films, first in the leading role in 1993’s Puppet Master 4. Afterwards she played the role of Miss Germany in the action thriller No Contest in 1994 which starred Roddy Piper and Robert Davi, followed by her reprising role in Puppet Master 5: The Final Chapter, also in the same year. As the year 1994 ended, Chandra West returned to acting on television with appearances in Catwalk, Madonna: Innocence Lost, Falling for You, and the TV movie Love and Betrayal: The Mia Farrow Story, as Mariel Hemingway in 1995.

During this time Chandra West became very visible both in Canadian showbiz and in Hollywood, which included the character of Veronica Reynolds in Universal Soldier 2: Brothers in Arms, and Universal Soldier 3: Unfinished Business, which were both released in 1998.

It took Chandra West almost a decade before landing a highly substantial role as Val Kilmer’s on-screen wife in the crime thriller, The Salton Sea, which was directed by D.J. Caruso in 2002. She then joined the likes of Rosario Dawson, Adam Garcia and Steve Buscemi in The First $20 Million Is Always the Hardest, with a script written by Jon Favreau. Despite an all-star cast, however, the film resulted to be a disappointment as it was critically panned.

Chandra West continued to make more success though, for it wasn’t long before she took over the role of Laura Chandler in the Emmy-nominated series, Mister Sterling. A couple years later, she played the role of Michael Keaton’s wife in the 2005 horror movie, White Noise. She also graced the pilot episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation as novice agent Holly Gribbs.

Chandra West’s most recent works include the B-movie Cane, which co-starred Edward Furlong and Michael Madsen, the hit HBO series John From Cincinnati as the sexy Tina Blake, and the commercially successful comedy flick I now pronounce you Chuck and Larry, as the hot Dr. Honey.
