Brittany Daniel Biography
Brittany Daniel was the first among the twins to utilize whatever opportunity that came their way, as she took on a guest role in the TV series Burkes Law. In 1992, she scored her first mainstay gig in Swans Crossing, working alongside Mira Sorvino and Sarah Michelle Gellar. Because of her part in the show, Brittany Daniel had to move to New York. The following year, she was nominated for Best Young Actress in an Off-Primetime Series in the Youth in Film Awrds which made her more popular to the audiences. She came back home for her high school graduation in 1994.
Hard work finally paid off not just for Brittany Daniel but also for her sister. The twins were cast in the lead roles of Jessica and Elizabeth Wakefield in the TV adaptation of the popular pocketbook series, Sweet Valley High. They now moved to California for the series, and thus they were continuously blessed with commercial spots as well as a film appearance with Leonardo DiCaprio in The Basketball Diaries.
Sweet Valley High ended in 1998, and Brittany and Cynthia Daniel soon appeared in the MTV series Singled Out as well as Fame and Shame. Despite their careers progressing successfully, Cynthia moved on to take a hiatus from the entertainment world in order to develop her own individual talents, leaving Brittany Daniel to take over tinsel town. She then appeared as Eve on Dawsons Creek, as well as in the film Sonic Impact opposite Ice-T. She also starred in the disaster flick On Hostile Ground, which as followed by the comedy Joe Dirt with David Spade.
In 2002, Brittany Daniel starred as the bisexual Sophial in the series That 80s Show. Cynthia also made a cameo in one of the episodes of the show. Brittany Daniel is currently working on the comedy The Game on the CW Television Network.
She has been romantically involved with Joshua Jackson, John Corbett, Orlando Jones, and internet executive Carl Hagmier.
