Britt Ekland first became a sexy film star in Italy in 1964, she met Peter Sellers, a British comedian and actor, and the two fell madly in love. They married and had a daughter named Victoria, even after Peter Sellers suffered heart attacks. In 1966, the sexy actress and Peter Sellers appeared in a movie together, called After The Fox, and another one in 1967 called The Bobo. After the films, Britt Ekland divorced Peter Sellers.
In 1975, the hot Hollywood film actress had a much publicized romance with Rod Stewart. Although they did not marry, they were living together for two years and even had the actress giving up her career so she could focus solely on the relationship. Later on, Rod Stewart admitted that their relationship did not work out because he was being unfaithful to her. When they broke up, it was as publicized as when the relationship was going strong. Britt Ekland sued him for $12 million.
In 1968, the sexy Britt Ekland finally got her big break when she was cast in The Night They Raided Minskys where she played a woman who invented striptease. Most of her movies following that were built more on her looks instead of banking on her talent. A few of her movies that did well at the Box Office were Get Carter in 1971, and The Wicker Man in 1973. Her most popular role to date is that of Mary Goodnight in the Bond movie The Man With The Golden Gun.
During the seventies, Britt Ekland was one of the few Hollywood actresses who would do pilates. In 1984, she published a fitness book and released a video as well. Britt Ekland was known for having many flings in her lifetime; one includes a rumored relationship with a 17 year old Spanish man, others were with famous men Phil Lewis, Les McKeown, and John Waite.
