Brigitte Nielsen Biography
Brigitte Nielsen had her first child in 1983 when she married Kasper Winding, a Danish musician. She left her family to start a career in acting. Brigitte Nielsens first encounter with Hollywood movies came in 1985 when she got a major role for the movie Red Sonja, where she costarred with Arnold Schwarzenegger. The movie was highly successful at the box office, and this enabled her to land more films. This was followed by another Hollywood production, Rocky IV, in 1985, where she met her next husband, Sylvester Stallone. They married, and soon filmed another movie together called Cobra in 1986. Many scandals followed Sly and Brigitte Nielsen, resulting in a divorce.
This did not rattle the hot actress; she went on to do other films and movies. In 1987, Brigitte Nielsen starred in Beverly Hills Cop 2, where she costarred with Eddie Murphy, Chris Rock, and Paul Reiser. In the same year, Brigitte Nielsen also worked for an Italian television show, Festival. Brigitte Nielsen got into music and released an album of dance tracks entitled Every body Tells a Story, as well as a duet with Falco, a German singer, entitled Body Next to Body. The song became a popular hit in Germany and Austria. In 1992, Brigitte Nielsen made a follow up album, entitled Im the one Nobody Else, but this did not prove to be a success. During 1999, she used the name Gitta, and released a single called No More Turning Back, which was a dance track. The song was number one in Spain.
In 1989, Brigitte Nielsen gave birth to her next child with Mark Gastineau, although they parted ways shortly after. Just one year after, Brigitte Nielsen married Sebastian Copeland, and this being her third marriage, ended just as abruptly as the others. Brigitte Nielsen had no trouble finding another man, and she soon married Raoul Meyer. She had another child with him, but continued to do films. In 1992, Brigitte Nielsen appeared in The Double O Kid, followed by the erotic movie Chained Heat in 1993. She continued to work for European television shows, and had another child with Raoul Meyer.
Brigitte Nielsen left her fourth husband. During the nineties, her other films included Codename: Silencer in 1995, Snowboard Academy in 1996, and Hostile Environment in 1998.
