Ashley Peldon was born on April 2, 1984 in New York City, New York. She first worked as a child actor together with her sister Courtney. She is best known for her role in the daytime drama Guiding Light. At age four, she was cast as the daughter of famous couple Josh and Reva, Marah Lewis. Due to good audience response, Ashley Peldon became the youngest member of the cast in the said show.

At a young age Ashley Peldon has already expressed her prolific acting abilities on screen, thus she was the youngest person ever to be nominated for an Emmy. After staying on Guiding Light for almost three years, Ashley Peldon went on to sign under an exclusive deal with NBC. While on the network, she was seen on various shows such as The Pretender playing the role of the young Miss Parker. She also became known as Kasey Larsen in the comedy The Mommies. Ashley Peldon made guest appearances on shows such as Chicken Soup for the Soul, which inspired her to record an audio book entitled Soup for the Teenage Soul III. Along her other TV credits on NBC are Ellen, Home Improvement, and Quantum Leap. Afterwards, Ashley Peldon worked her way back to CBC and was able to work with George Clooney in the show In Bodies of Evidence.

Ashley Peldon has been active on the big screen as well, working with veteran actors such as Bill Murray and Adam Arkin in With Friends Like These…, The Adventures of Young Brave, and Arthur Miller’s classic, The Crucible opposite Winona Ryder and Daniel Day-Lewis. She played villainess in the popular animation Cats Don’t Dance as well as lent her voice in Disney’s live action video, Jungle Book 2, as the teenage wolf Raksha. Among the other stars Ashley Peldon has worked with are Bette Midler, Goldie Hawn, John Heard, Diane Keaton, Elliot Gould and Phoebe Cates.

She has also made her theater debut at the Hudson Theater in the play entitled Absolutely, which was directed by renowned Gordon Hunt, father of actress Helen Hunt. Ashley Peldon is also cast on the sequel of 2001 Maniacs, 2002 Maniacs: Beverly Hellbillies. She has as well worked on films Dimples and Night Skies opposite Jason Connery. The film Night Skies is a suspense thriller based on the Arizona Lights.

Her most recent work was on the Fox series, That 70’s Show, where she played the young Kitty Foreman (mother of Eric Foreman) in flashback scenes. In January 2007, Ashley Peldon graduated college with a degree in psychology. She is also busy working on her own line of perfumes.
